Village Voice Choice Eats

Javelina was recently chosen to participate in the 10th annual Village Voice Choice Eats Tasting Event. The event was held at the Metropolitan Pavilion on Friday, May 19th. Chef Rebecca Baez cooked up one of our tasting event favorites, Dr. Pepper Braised Pork Belly Tacos, served on a mini flour tortilla along with pickled mustard seeds, pickled onions and micro cilantro. Judging from the response we got at the event, the tacos were a big hit!
